Chuck is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is a regular presenter to the financial planning sector regarding estate planning and the coordination with financial plans. During his time with Ernst & Young, he focused on consulting high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and corporate executives on diverse estate planning and assets protection issues, ranging from simple wills and trusts to sophisticated, multi-entity transfer planning. Chuck combines his legal experience and financial planning exposure to provide clients with knowledgeable and innovative approaches to estate planning, asset protection, and wealth transfer planning.
Chuck is Board Certified in Estate Planning from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is a regular presenter to the financial planning sector regarding estate planning and the coordination with financial plans. He is a graduate of Texas Christian University (1992) and the University of Oklahoma College of Law (1997). Chuck is a member of the American Bar Association and Dallas Bar Association. He was named a 2009 and 2010 Texas Monthly Five Star Wealth Manager and is on the Board of Directors of the Dallas Estate Planning Council.

Justin Blumoff-Attorney

Justin was admitted to the bar and immediately joined Sharpe & Associates in 2006. He received his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2005, subsequent to being awarded his MBA at Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business and Management in 2004. He attended the University of Texas at Austin for his undergraduate studies.
Justin is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He represents clients whose needs range from simple wills to the sophisticated wealth transfer, asset protection, charitable planning, and estate tax complexities associated with high wealth individuals, families, and closely held companies.
Justin is a member of the American Bar Association, the Dallas Bar Association, and the Dallas Estate Planning Council. Away from work, he devotes his time to his family and supporting cancer research and treatment through raising funds for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the Flatwater Foundation.

Amanda Johnson-Attorney

Amanda joined Sharpe & Associates in March 2009. She primarily handles probate matters, which include the probate hearing and the administration of the estate, while also practicing in the areas of asset protection and estate planning. Amanda is also a certified Attorney Ad Litem through the State Bar of Texas.
Amanda is a graduate of Hardin-Simmons University (2004), Abilene Christian University (2006), and the Texas Tech University School of Law (2009). She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Dallas Bar Association, and the Texas Young Lawyers Association.

Nicole Gonzalez-Paralegal

Nicole began her legal career in 1996 recovering assets for both secured and unsecured creditors as a bankruptcy analyst and paralegal at a large law firm in Dallas. Later, she worked with a state representative, as part of his personal injury and civil litigation team, coordinating multi-million dollar settlement distributions for clients suffering from asbestos exposure. Since joining Sharpe & Associates in 2006, her duties with the firm include preparing estate planning, probate and business organization documents, transferring real property and mineral interests to fund trusts and business organizations, and preparing gifting and business transactional documents.
Nicole is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She earned the Certified Paralegal designation through the National Association of Legal Assistants in 2009 and obtained her Paralegal Certificate from the paralegal program at the University of North Texas in 2007. She is an active member of the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas and Dallas Area Paralegal Association.
Natalie Kollinger-Paralegal

Natalie joined Sharpe & Associates in April of 2008, following her work as a paralegal for a Dallas firm specializing in federal employment law. She was born and raised in Dallas, where she attended Greenhill School, and graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2007, with a B.A. in Political Science and a Minor in Spanish. Natalie primarily assists with drafting of documents, research, client communications, and overall office management. She oversees much of the scheduling and exchange of information between clients, advisors, CPAs, and attorneys.
Natalie is a member of the Dallas Area Paralegal Association. She also has prior work experience in sales and marketing and greatly enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends when away from the office.
Erin Pickering-Legal Assistant
Erin joined Sharpe & Associates in October of 2010. She graduated from Baylor University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Studio Art.
Erin provides administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings.
Erin's previous work experience includes advertising and marketing. She also has experience in graphic design and enjoys decorating and spending time with her husband, family and friends.
