Chuck established Sharpe Law Group, PLLC in 2003 after six years in the Personal Financial Counseling group at Ernst & Young. During his time with Ernst & Young, he focused on consulting high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and corporate executives on diverse estate planning and assets protection issues, ranging from simple wills and trusts to sophisticated, multi-entity transfer planning. Chuck combines his legal experience and financial planning exposure to provide clients with knowledgeable and innovative approaches to estate planning, asset protection, and wealth transfer planning.
In 2012, Chuck partnered with Justin Blumoff to create the regional arm of the firm, Sharpe Blumoff, to better fulfill the legal needs of clients outside of the North Texas region.
Chuck is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is a regular presenter to the financial planning sector regarding estate planning and the coordination with financial plans. He is a graduate of Texas Christian University (1992) and the University of Oklahoma College of Law (1997). Chuck is a member of the American Bar Association and Dallas Bar Association. He was named a 2009 and 2010 Texas Monthly Five Star Wealth Manager and is on the Board of Directors of the Dallas Estate Planning Council.

Justin was admitted to the Texas Bar and immediately joined Sharpe Law Group in 2006. He received his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2005, subsequent to being awarded his MBA at Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business and Management in 2004. He attended the University of Texas at Austin for his undergraduate studies.
In 2012, Justin spearheaded the opening of the Austin office and subsequently the regional arm of the firm, Sharpe Blumoff to better fulfill the needs of the firm's clients in Austin and the surrounding Central Texas communities. He is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and represents clients whose needs range from simple wills to the sophisticated wealth transfer, asset protection, charitable planning, and estate tax complexities associated with high wealth individuals, families, and closely held companies.
Justin is a member of the American Bar Association, the Austin Bar Association, and the Estate Planning Council of Central Texas. He also sits on the Board of Directors of the Flatwater Foundation - an Austin-based charitable organization dedicated to providing those diagnosed with cancer, their families and loved ones access to mental health therapy and family support.

Lee joined Sharpe Law Group in August of 2013. She was born and raised in Dallas and is a graduate of Bard College (2007) and St. Mary's University School of Law (2013). Lee primarily assists clients with estate planning and asset protection. She is a member of the Dallas Estate Planning Council, the Dallas Bar Association, and Phi Delta Phi.

Matthew was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from Emory University in 2004 and is a past President of the Emory DFW Alumni Chapter. Matthew graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2009. During law school Matthew was a research assistant; a Constitutional Law tutor; and was a Comment Editor for the Texas Tech Law Review.
Matthew joined Sharpe Law Group in January of 2017. Prior to joining the firm, Matthew's practice focused on business litigation. He now uses his wealth of hands-on experience in all aspects in litigation, to assist clients with navigating probate, estate administration, guardianship, trust modifications, and other actions in the courts involving wills and trusts. Additionally, Matthew assists with estate planning and asset protection management.
Matthew is currently a Co-Chair of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers Elder Law Committee, a member of the State Bar of Texas, Dallas Bar Association, and Texas Bar College. Additionally, Matthew is honored by his peers naming him to Texas Super Lawyers "Rising Star" list in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019.

Lindsey joined Sharpe Law Group in July of 2014 as a legal assistant and continued to work as a paralegal during law school. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from UNT Dallas College of Law and was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 2018. While in law school, Lindsey served as Chief Executive Officer of Law Review, was a Teaching Fellow for the legal writing classes, and was a member of the Board of Advocates where she served as a Co-Chairman for the Judge’s Gavel Motion Competition. She is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers where she serves on the Elder Law Committee, and Phi Delta Phi. Prior to joining the firm, Lindsey graduated from Hardin-Simmons University in 2011 with a B.B.S. in Political Science. Lindsey practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, estate and trust administration, guardianships, and asset protection.

Selby was born and raised in Allen, Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas in 2009, and her law degree from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma in 2016. During law school, she served as a Note and Comment Editor of the American Indian Law Review and as Vice President of the Organization for the Advancement of Women in Law.
Selby exclusively focuses her legal career on matters related to estates and trusts. She provides guidance to clients about efficient wealth transfer through thoughtful lifetime and post-mortem financial and estate planning and asset protection. Prior to joining Sharpe Law Group in November of 2019, Selby managed the administration of complex estates and numerous multigenerational trusts of ultra-high net worth families in Dallas, Texas. She worked closely with private wealth management and tax teams to deliver comprehensive guidance and an array of fiduciary solutions to meet client needs.
Selby is a current member of the State Bar of Texas, Texas Bar College (an honorary society of attorneys who value high ethical standards and improved training by attending at least double the Continuing Legal Education (CLE) required by the State Bar of Texas), REPTL, and the Probate, Trusts and Estates and Tax Sections of the Dallas Bar Association. She is also a member of Dallas Association of Young Lawyers (DAYL) and a member of the DAYL 2019 Leadership Class. Finally, Selby is a member of the Dallas Estate Planning Council (DEPC), and she serves as a member of the Emerging Professionals Committee of the DEPC.

Nicole began her legal career in 1996 recovering assets for both secured and unsecured creditors as a bankruptcy analyst and paralegal at a large law firm in Dallas. Later, she worked with a state representative, as part of his personal injury and civil litigation team, coordinating multi-million dollar settlement distributions for clients suffering from asbestos exposure. Since joining Sharpe Law Group in 2006, her duties with the firm include preparing estate planning, probate and business organization documents, transferring real property and mineral interests to fund trusts and business organizations, and preparing gifting and business transactional documents.
Nicole is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is a Certified Paralegal through the National Association of Legal Assistants. She obtained her Paralegal Certificate from the paralegal program at the University of North Texas. Nicole is an active member of the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas and Dallas Area Paralegal Association (DAPA). She serves as the DAPA Probate Law Section Chair.

Natalie joined Sharpe Law Group in April of 2008, following her work as a Paralegal for a Dallas firm specializing in federal employment law. She was born and raised in Dallas, where she graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2007 with a B.A. in Political Science and a Minor in Spanish. Natalie manages the day-to-day operations of the firm, including all human resources functions such as payroll, staffing, and employee benefits. She also oversees the billing and collections department, coordinates events, and assists with the design and marketing of the firm.

Brittany joined Sharpe Law Group in 2014 shortly after graduating from Southern Methodist University. Originally from Villanova, PA, she moved to Dallas to attend SMU, where she received a B.A. in Political Science with a Minor in History. During college, she was an active member and philanthropy chair of Phi Alpha Delta, the pre-law fraternity. Brittany assists with estate planning, probate, and research. She is currently attending Texas A&M University School of Law in Ft. Worth.

She is originally from Boston, Massachusetts. She was an Editor of SMU’s student run online newspaper, The Daily Campus, and a reporter for SMU’s broadcast television channel, SMU TV. Kennedy, originally from Rockwall, Texas, joined Sharpe Law Group in November of 2019 after graduating from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas with a B.A. of Behavioral Science in Criminal Justice. She was a member of the university’s track team and the Criminal Justice Association. Prior to relocating back to the Dallas area, she worked as a Child Protective Investigator for the Department of Family and Protective Services in Abilene and interned with the Wylie Police Department. Kennedy assists with the firm's scheduling, client and advisor communications, and office administration.
